Our Tacoma had a due for servicing oil change. Afterwards it was discovered that a cabin air filter was also due to changed so I received a call to schedule a time and it was taken care of quickly and very soon alter the call. I’m very pleased with the service we receive from Firelands Toyota and I will continue to seek my servicing from them. Thank you

Service was fine I appreciated that my car was washed, however, the water spots remaining on the car were so unsightly the car had to be washed again right away.

Fast, efficient and friendly
Management was super rude - we noticed they did not rotate my tires my boyfriend went in and said something to somebody in service a worker came out and stated “problem” we proceeded to explain that my tires were not rotated. Terrible customer service will not do business again with this location.
I live on Kelley’s Island and while my car was being serviced I received a warning that the ferry boats were shutting down. Your representative made sure I was able to leave the dealership and return home before the storm hit. Thank you for your consideration.
