Car was absolutely filthy and stained after the servicing. Whoever was in my car was messing with my headlight settings, and inside lights. Causing both safety hazards. And both mechanical issues since my car inside lights were left on over night. I will never go back to Firelands.

Want to start by saying I was extremely pleased with the fast and professional service I received. This was my first time getting my oil changed here. My only feedback would be I was a little disappointed when I found my car had been washed. I didn’t know this was part of the service. Normally I wouldn’t have been upset, but the car had just been detailed the night before. It wasn’t dried so I was left with water spots when getting home. Again, please don’t take this in a negative way, 99% of the time this is a very positive service for your customers. And no one did anything wrong. Now knowing, I’ll probably decline the future washes. Again, loved the service and will happily be back.
