We waited over an hour and a half for a scheduled tire rotation . The mal- aligned hood should have been scheduled with the body shop as I was told on two previous conversations without attempting it today. The bolts attached to the hood aren’t even scratched yet the hood is worse now than when we brought it in. How was the unsuccessful adjustment attempted? The cargo net and some other items were lying in the cargo bay. Why were they removed from the spare tire storage area? Our receiver hitch cover is missing.
I let service know I would be back the following morning to pick up my car. I was in the area around 8 Friday night and noticed the car was finished and sitting outside. I stopped to look at the tires, well after the dealership was closed. My car was never locked and the keys were in the cup holder. Anyone looking thru cars that night could have easily stolen mine. I took my car that night. Nobody noticed it was missing. Nobody called to ask if I picked it up. Wry disappointed.
