Like that, my car was not just a washed afterwards, but vacuumed inside.
I live on Kelleys Island. I stayed overnight in a hotel the night before so I could get my car to you first thing in the morning which I did. I spent the day walking with a backpack because I arranged all my appointments for the day while you had my car. I made clear that I needed my car by 5:00 to make the last ferry back to the island. I arrived at the service center at 5:15 to find out that my car never left the lot. No services were done. The car was scheduled for a 26 point inspection and detailing. I leave on vacation today with a car that is dirty and not running well. Unbelievable!!

John was very helpful getting my car repaired in a timely manner! I was very satisfied, I felt like he went out of his way to take care of my problem!
I sent the truck in for a check engine light and a transmission issue, the transmission issue was completely fixed but within 6 hours of me having my truck back the check engine light came back on

I don’t like how John talked to me about my second key for my new car that he insisted I receive at closing of my new car. I felt he was rude when I told him I never received it.
At closing I asked where is my second key and was told it was on back order. Today John even stated they were short on the keys.
