My service representative was fine and did his job professionally and politely. My problem was with the fact that firelands Toyota wanted $318 to diagnose and replace one, I say one tpms sensor. Come on man.

John got me in right away without an appointment when I had concerns about noises from my brakes. I appreciate that so much. The Service Department cares for the safety of their customers as well as the performance of the vehicle. Darrell inspected all four tires, brakes, etc, not just the one making the noise. That kind of service is rare today, but not at this dealership. I have been a customer nearly 30 years and consistently receive this quality service. Thanks so much!
