First time receiving service was great ! Of course nobody wants to have to replace a starter but Firelands did an amazing job, they told me they would get me scheduled for the following day in the late morning as it was the first available time slot they had. The lady I talked to proceeded to say they will get it in sooner if possible and it was done by the next morning before the time they said they would have it in by ! As a full time working mom this was amazing news ! Thank you Firelands staff ! My car is running great ! Also got to chat with the salesman that sold me my car and it was wonderful getting to talk to him again !
I called & was concerned about a noise my car was making on deceleration. John set up an appt immediately, and I was treated with so much respect & care to find an answer. even when they couldn’t find a problem, he had me drive the car with the service technician so I could point out the noise. Matt was able to tell me it was coming from the tires due to tires being rotated at my last visit. It does get louder at times depending on if the tires are cold or heated up & would eventually balance out, nothing to worry about. If they had just told me there is no problem and not taken the time to go with me to understand what I was hearing, I would still be concerned something was wrong, and will be driving out of state soon. They put my mind at ease! I am so grateful to John and Matt (who worked on my car). Great service!
