The estimated cost was $49.95 for an oil change. The approved amount when I checked in was $49.95. The amount I was charged was $71.32. Nothing extra was done. Very disappointing that the estimated price wasn’t the price I was charged. Also, I asked if service could check out a chirping noise in the passenger side rear brakes. When I asked about this at checkout I was told that would have required a test drive. I fully understand that, but why wasn’t I jus told that upfront when I asked about it?

When I called to schedule my maintenance I was offered oil and tire rotation. I wasn’t informed that my car wasn’t due for an oil change and only needed a tire rotation. A little frustrating that when I scheduled I wasn’t offered only a rotation which was covered by my warranty.

They were supposed to give an update on the topper which they didn’t do and also you’re not washing the trucks anymore which is sad, sad sad, or any vehicles as far as that goes.
