I was there for routine service on my Camry and a complete detailing inside and out. I am always very satisfied with the service department there. However I must give special mention to the detailing job they did! My car looked so **** outside and clean inside! Thank you Toyota of Warsaw!!

I talked to Jordan about this and he was understanding, but I had an oil change and tire rotation scheduled and they noticed a bad valve gasket. They said it would be a 4 hour service to complete and covered under warranty so I scheduled it for the next week to be done. The facility is 45 minutes one way so I had to schedule rides and drop the vehicle off for the service. I then get a call at the end of the day stating the service wasn’t able to be completed because they needed pictures for the warranty work and weren’t able to do so. I was asked to drive the vehicle like I normally would and the schedule it for another time to get the service done. This is an inconvenience because I was expecting the service to be done the first time and now I will possibly have to bring the vehicle back again and work to have someone else drive me to work.

Overall very pleased with the service. Just a little confused about the documentation I received as it appeared to have wording regarding a Sequoia/Tundra, so I was a bit confused as I have a Camry

Charged $517 did not authorize that amount of repaIr. Asked what diag would be. Took it upon self to charge extra hours. 0 out of 5 for communication and service. Will definitely drive straight past to other Toyota dealers
