The prices for your services are exsobadent and inconsistent. A simple drain and fill on a transfer case should not be over $200. Your labor rate on that service which a minimally trained monkey could perform was more that the transmission drain and fill. I realize that dealers make all their money on service these day. However, the cost of many services are ridiculously expensive for no reason other than raking customers over the coals since many have no idea how simple it is to perform a drain and fill or change their fluids. That being said, the personnel was courteous.

I was offered a deal to save money on my next 5 services. I paid for it. Then I got a report that my car needed all kinds of things. I don’t like how you took my money and then told me I had lots of work that needs done. It is so impersonal anyway. I think I’m done.
