Cesar was very helpful. My position is that my vehicle was not properly diagnosed and the parts replacer installed an expensive part that did not fix the problem. Cesar was understanding and was able to help in reducing my cost of this visit. I asked Cesar if we paid online, could he leave the keys in the car as we would not be able to pick it up before closing. I stopped by on Saturday to pick up my car and it was completely dead. Tried to jumpstart and that didn’t work. Will now have to make a separate trip to get the car, bring tools to see if I can get it started.

The service was fast and the videos of the service were a nice touch. There was a bit of price difference between the 60,000 service schedule online and in store.

I love that I get this free service with my car for 25,000 miles or two years. I also love the fact that they are so flexible in scheduling.

It took three appointments to replace a part that takes two minutes to replace. I'm not sure if it is poor quality control on Toyota or the in ability of the service technician, but the driver side piece replaced is going to have the same issue as it won't stay seated in the track.

The staff is very good about meet and greet when you walk in the door! They let you know they care about you and your vehicle and there is always an up date on how things are going with your service. All I can say is outstanding customer service!!!

7:30am appt but when called at 11am to verify it was ready to be picked up at noon as I had planned I was told it had just been pulled in. That is also confusing because I received a text msg at 7:40 that the vehicle check in was complete.

My appointment for an oil change was at 8:30am. I waited & waited. My vehicle wasn’t finished until after 11am. Ridiculous! I could have made an appointment at the Fort Wayne dealership and be home before I was yesterday. I won’t buy or service my car at Toyota of Warsaw ever again.

I don’t usually bother with these surveys, but 1 hour and 30 minutes is too long for an oil change and tire rotation. Especially since evidently that was done - I didn’t get a report on the brake and tire tread measurements this time. Finally, I presented a Toyota coupon for $10 off service up to $100, and $20 off service between $100 and $200 - I was given $10 off even though the before tax charge was $100,95., Just marginally over I realize, but given everything else I am questioning why I should keep coming back there for routine service.
