Service was fine I was surprised that I have a car whose battery life is tied to its number of miles . My battery was the same aga as the car 18 months and 45 K miles on it . My newly installed battery is now 3 yrs 36 K . Miles . There was absolutely no signs that the battery was dying . I was stranded . I’m just really surprised at how vulnerable my vehicle is . Battery discharged No power can open the hatch to jump the battery .

I had an alert telling me that someone was sitting in the back seat and the alarm kept going off. He talked to me about it, but didn’t really offer any tech reasoning or if that kind of stuff was under warranty. I wish he would have looked into it a little more, but no big deal. It wasn’t going off when they were servicing the car, and the didn’t drive it to hear it. No big deal! The people at service were friendly.

I made my appointment 2weeks in advance for 8:30 my car wasn’t done till3:30 when I made the appointment I needed an oil change and I told you I had something rattling under my car and when I picked it up I was told you didn’t do anything about the rattle. So that wasn’t even looked at. I have never had any issues with Warsaw Toyota until this time not quite sure why it took 7 hours for an oil change. I would have understood if you were fixing the rattle issue.

I had a 10:30am appt, and my car didn’t get looked at until 3:30pm. I would also have preferred a phone call once the diagnostic was completed, rather than a text.
