I was definitely satisfied with Scott’s service and greatly appreciate his advice. Although the diagnoses ended up being rather grim, I came to get answers and clarity on the car’s condition, and that’s exactly what I got from Scott. I also wanted to thank the technician Richard for going the extra mile and plugging in that little airbag connector under the seat; he didn’t have to do that and could’ve charged me extra for it, but the honesty and integrity of these folks will definitely have me coming back.
Scott was professional, yet friendly. He was efficient, even though I could tell the Service Department was quite busy. It was a great experience.

It seems that 90 min was an excessive amount of time for the type of service! I may not understand the work that is required but with no way to travel and nothing in immediate vicinity to provide a diversion!
Mr. Foote was very cordial to me and was finished with my vehicle in a very timely manner. I got to go fishing with my 5 year old grandson as I was running on a tight schedule. GOOD JOB!!!!!!!

Scott explained the problem that occurred to our Odyssey. After the rings were replaced he recommended a couple of things we could do to help eliminate future problems. He also arranged for us to use a loaner vehicle which helped us tremendously. We greatly appreciate the good job Scott did in getting our Odyssey back on the road.
I don’t appreciate the tone in which I was spoken to about the issues with my vehicle. And the fact that the tech and the representative that I spoke to refused to perform their due diligence in properly diagnosing the issue. When presented with the information about the vehicles symptoms, I was informed that no further testing was needed even though that is absolutely not the case.
