Matt was asked to do an assessment of my brakes. After inspecting and evaluating their current condition, which took less than 20 minutes, Matt gave me a very clear explanation of their condition and suggested no repair action at this time. He charged me nothing! That kind of integrity is rare these days! Thank you Matt!

Appreciate the fact that even though my Pilot seemed to drive normal after the isolated incident,the service dept did not want me drive it because it was deemed unsafe. The parts took longer than expected to get delivered, but they worked quickly to get my vehicle back to me before the Holiday weekend.
