I think my car was done about 20 min before I finally went to desk. It was done and no one had gotten me. I was late getting to funeral.My appt was at 1100 and it was about 1215 when I went to desk.

We appreciated her video of our suv being checked out. Janelle sent the paperwork to my phone of the checklist that was done for the service that was done. She also called to tell us our suv was ready to pick up as well as sending a message to my phone that the work was finished. I was impressed. Thank you, Janelle and Honda
