I have been very disappointed in this service department, we have had several problems with our pilot/ civic. They didn’t help us resolve the problems
We originally schedule our car for service on 3/10 at which time the machine to fix our camera broke. We were told that the technician would be there to fix it and they would give us a call to finish our service. Nearly a month had gone by with no call. We decided to call and we felt we were pushed off by the service. They did work us in eventually but we were definitely disappointed that it took this long to get our car fixed and we paid for the extended warranty.

Unsatisfied because the fix provided did not solve the problem and on top of that wanted more money to put in a new engine and that just was not feasible should have been told about that in the very beginning before any work had been done so that I would not have been charged over $1,000 and still have a non-running vehicle...
