Well, I don’t think anyone from Honda will be contacting me since I detailed my last visit and never received a call. While the woman that checked me out was great, I was told by another rep that two lug nuts had been left off my van at my previous visit. Glad they caught it before something disastrous happened. I honestly don’t know why I’ve come back, I guess because it’s the dealership, but the last few visits have been terrible at best. Rude staff, your main guy spitting into his crew cup while at the desk, slow service, an A/C hose disconnected, it’s just not professional. Again, I’m not sure why I’m writing this or why I come back. I’d be better to go somewhere else, at least I’d leave with LUG NUTS ON THE VAN. ????
