I brought my car in on Monday and got it back on Friday. The communication during the week about the delays and expected time for completion could have been better. I got no updates on Wednesday and had to call several times throughout the week to get updates.

We were told the diagnostic was $250 and then someone called and said the mechanic hadn’t figured out what the noise was yet so it would be $500. When we arrived to pick up the car, we found out it was $250 PLUS $500. So we paid over $750 just to learn what was wrong with the car. What a ripoff. Very upsetting. We bought from this dealership and have brought our Honda to get serviced here over the last 10+ years and have not felt scammed before, this felt like a scam.
