when dropping off my vehicle before 9 AM I was told on no uncertain terms that my car would be ready at 3 PM. Then, that afternoon I got a vague message, asking if I needed anything. I then called service twice and texted, trying to clarify what was actually going on with my car. 3:15 and 3:30 came and went. I was then told that my car would not be ready until 5 PM or 5:30, and that your location typically requires all day for recall work. Of course, this is in contrast to what I was told in the morning. I did not get anything close to adequate service until I directly expressed my frustration with the situation. I have no plans to take my vehicle to Honda Oakland service in the future. Please do not contact me with a follow up call. Please do not contact me with solicitation calls saying that my vehicle may be due for service. This is just desperate and embarrassing for your business.
John did a great job communicating and is very easy-going with conversations in order to make the customer feel comfortable. Thank you!

My service person never got back to me with updates about service completion. I called twice to get the information and my calls were never returned. It was too inconvenient for me when it was finally done to pick it up on Thursday evening, and I picked the car up early Friday morning.

Thank you for the excelent service. Victor was on point and very professional.i had a really hard time passing smag and took my car to multiple mechanics that co7ld not solve the problem. Victor made the precise decision to suggest the monitor reset. This is a big help to my family becuase I have 3 kids and am on a limited budget. My appointment was booked and my car serviced in about 5 days. The ride from the shuttle was super helpful as well. I am very pleased and will be back soon.

Didn't get notified that my car wouldn't be ready as promised at 6:00 p.m. the day I brought it in, but would be by noon the next day. And then when I called around 11:00 a.m. to confirm, I was told it wouldn't be ready until 2:00 or 3:00 p.m.
