I have no clue what made them reduced the tire pressure to a point where the TPMS system has showed up a warning of low pressure tire. I’m stuck on the street with this low tire, pressure, warning and no place nearby to fill the nitrogen ridiculous.

It was a pleasure working with Omar. He answered all of my questions with patience and didn’t hard sell any services and after asking his advice, I went ahead and got the CVT transmission fluid replacement. The one thing I am not pleased about is the high cost of this fluid replacement at $400. I would think it would be may be half the price? To be honest based upon the cost of the other procedure, which was replacing the brake fluid, I think I will probably be using my local mechanic for this kind of work going forward.

Drop my vehicle off Monday. Service
Advisor stated he would not be here tomorrow after determining parts needed to be ordered. Assured me there would be follow up. The following day, there was no follow up. I called around 230pm and was told I would be receiving a call. At 407pm I called and was told I would recieve a call. This time I spoke with someone who stated they reviewed the email that just areived 2 minutes ago and the vehicle would be ready around 530pm. What happen to the first call I placed and was told I would get a call. Giving a customer an hour before close to pick up their vehicle cuts it close. Especially whe. The car was already there a day before. When you go to a dealership, you expect a diagnostic and repair in the same day. Now parts are ordered and repairs are taking multiple days.
