I took my car in for regular service. I needed the car for the weekend and was promised it was plenty of time to finish the job. They broke a bolt in my engine block and were not able to find me a rental vehicle. I had to borrow a friend's car. The next week I couldn't get a hold of anyone until Tuesday. No updates, no voicemails returned. I called 6 times all day and nobody would answer or return my call. I had no idea when my car would be ready. A person needs to plan. When they finally called me back on Tuesday, the rep promised me a discount for the inconvenience. When I picked up my car on Wed there was nobody to talk to except the cashier. No discount applied. $3800 service.
