I drop my car off at Oakland Honda to get the rear liftgate repaired. Already approved the repair and quality auto body was supposed to come over and pick it up. They didn’t come to pick it up until the next afternoon after I called Caul to find out what was happening Because Honda Oakland kept saying that they’re on their way to pick it up 24 hours before they actually picked it up to fix it. I don’t know if the fault lies with quality auto body or with my representative at Honda, but it was a lot of micromanaging me to actually get it done.
The other thing I’ve been trying to get done is a recall on the battery cables, which could cause a fire. I asked to be informed six months ago when the parts came in and nobody ever contacted me to tell me the parts had come in. Luckily the parts happen to be there, and the recall was Performed. Big hassle for me and my rep couldn’t really provide any compensation meaningful to me.

Victor was a great service advisor. He was very helpful and explained what needed to be done with my Honda He kept me apprised by text several times on progress. He also gave me a full pricing on the job so there would not be any surprises

Taz and the rest of the team did a great job. I was disappointed , however, with your policy of charging 3% for using a credit card. This was a major inconvenience for me. That is a poor way to treat your customers!
