Taz was attentive. I pulled up in the driveway and she immediately assisted with my car. She was able to pull my file and identify the services that I need for B13 minder & she explained in details what was nescessary. When allwas done, she was able to assist me to cashier.

Not sure if it’s normal but it took 3 hours to fix a nail in the tire. That was frustrating.

I was told about a windshield protection that I could get for my Honda Civic for $90. I was excited because I just got a new windshield. When my vehicle was returned from the service it received included the $90 windshield protection. My windshield came back dirty not cleaned the inside. So I couldn’t see what was done. All I saw was a dirty windshield. I told Tommy who immediately tried to clean it with some window cleaner and paper towels which unfortunately made it worse. Now smudged. I called to speak to the manager Christina a day later and left a message. I haven’t heard anything back for how this can be fixed. And is this Honda of Oakland policy to do a treatment like this on a windshield and not clean both sides of the window. Also was the outside of the windshield cleaned before the treatment was done? I am becoming so disappointed in Honda of Oakland and would love to speak to someone from corporate about what is going on there.
