Taz was great. This was the second time I have dealt with her, and both times were great. I felt that Taz treated me as an individual (not just a customer), she answered all my questions, she was friendly, she genuinely tried to help with resolving my issue, and as soon as she knew I hadn’t been picked up by the shuttle, she swung into action!

What I did not liked was paying 3% extra on top of your high charges for using my credit card and why was not pointed out at the moment of quote! We live a busy lives we don’t read the little tiny letters and hiding costs.
