Max was amazing to work with today. I had to bring my car in because I needed repairs due to it being stolen. He was patient with me as I reconfirmed the work that was needed as a result. He was a light in an otherwise icky situation.

I was not told that although the garage closed at 5pm, the shuttle stops at 3:30pm and I had to get a Lyft. If I had been told earlier I would have planned for an earlier shuttle. It would have been nice to let me know when I requested the shuttle to go home. Other than that the service on the car was great/ thanks!

I brought it in because the intermittent wipers weren’t working and they said everything was fine. They said there had to be water on the windshield to keep them moving. They said they had no hose to test that theory. I had to go home and video my wife hosing the windshield to video that it wasn’t working properly. Now I have to take it back, wasting hours of my time!
