The service was promised to be completed between 2 and 2.5 hours so I decided to wait at the customer waiting area. After 2.5 hours car was still not ready. I would have gone home first if the time estimate was over 2.5 hrs. Charging 3% for credit card transaction is a big, big dissatisfaction factor.
