Very satisfied w/ the service provided by Tommy Jung!
My only complaint is that a fee was added to my bill for using a credit card. This seems out of step with other businesses in Oakland. If this is a new policy at Honda, it should be communicated.

I was ask to never come back there again . I was told about a payment I needed to pay after dropping the car off three hours later is went I was towed to make a payment. The people at the dealership said they told me about a payment but they did not. If they did tell me about a payment I would not had any thing done.
Excellent service from Mr Jeffries. A fairly long wait, but the garage was apparently very busy.
At the Oakland Honda Service department, I received excellent assistance from Hong Nong.
tommy worked with me to come up with a plan to do maintenance that was within my budget. It’s been a hard season for those of us working in elementary education, so the fact that he took the time to make sure i could drive away happy meant a lot to me. thank you Tommy!!!!
Tommy provided excellent customer service and support. He made sure I was aware of the courtesy shuttle service that picked me up and returned me to the service center to pick up my vehicle. Additionally the shuttle driver (I forget his name) was timely and courteous. Keep up the excellent customer service!
