My advisor today was Matthew. He was wonderful, answered all of my numerous questions about my vehicle and when I need new tires. He even discussed tires and what would be best for me since I drive a lot of miles. Such a wonderful experience today and I will definitely be back to get my 4 new tires. Thank you again Matthew it was worth coming all the way from Hayward to get my Honda serviced.

5 stars across the board. Had my check engine light come on which is nerve wracking and anxiety inducing. I am so glad Tommy wa my advisor. He was efficient kind and generous. It was bad news, which he delivered with great care but then he worked with the service manager to help honor an extended warranty window that had literally just passed. I am very grateful!

Everyone was very cordial but no one could find the reason why my 2017 Fit refuses to start sometimes. I hope the next time I won’t be in the middle of an intersection when it happens again.

I had a great experience with John at Oakland Honda Service. I came in feeling uneasy due to some prior miscommunication, but he was incredibly kind, reassuring, and helpful. The service representative was generally unpleasant. He didn’t give me a copy of my multi point inspection until I asked for it. He handed me my receipt with no explanation of any of the work completed on my car. I was not satisfied with the customer service.i am not interested in a phone call discussing the experience. Please do not call me.
