My service technician was great, but I waited for two hours for the shuttle with no communication about when they would arrive. It was clearly not the drivers failure, but yes disorganization of the office. Your office is severely understaffed and I will not be taking my car to the dealership for service again
John was excellent at explaining and prioritizing the needs of my 20 year old vehicle and turnaround was incredibly quick on service.

My car was recovered from being stolen. I requested for the car to be detailed and washed and I would pay for the package offered , I also requested the license plate frame to be removed.my car was at the shop there for over a week(only the door needed repair). And none of the other requests were done. This was not only an opportunity for Honda to benefit for more business but it was really unthoughtful for them not even to ask me. However some of the items in the car were removed, the other items were left, which shows me it could have been detailed if they threw out only certain items. This should have been detailed

I made a 10 o’clock appointment to have the tires on my car rotated, which I believe is a service that should take no more than 30 minutes. The service advisor told me that he would expedite the job. At approximately 11 AM, I saw my car being moved out of your parking lot to do the tire rotation. And I drove the car away at approximately 11:45 AM. While while I was completely satisfied of the service as it was performed, I am somewhat frustrated to realize that a 30 minute job should take more than an hour and a half to get done. Why did I make an appointment for 10 AM if my car wasn’t going to be attended to within a reasonable time after I brought it in.
