John Jeffries was amazing. He was thorough, communicated clearly and was very helpful. I had actually taken my car outside of Honda even though I knew it was partially under warranty because of my dissatisfaction with another location. The owner urged me to take it to oakland Honda due to the issues and said he knew John and he was a good mechanic. Im so glad I listened. I will be returning. Thank you John!

Quality of service from John was a 10 out of 5. He was kind and communicative and answered every question I had. When I picked up my vehicle he gave me great advice for continuing to take good care of my Honda HR-V. I was surprised and delighted with how smooth and easy my experience was.

John Jeffries & the rest of the team was amazing. I was dreading coming in during work (it’s really my only time) to take care of it, but everyone made it SUPER EXTRA EASYYYYYY. The free shuttle back to my work (what?!) and then later on picking me up to bring me back to the service center made it 100% less stressful for me. My 2 shuttle drivers was just great. I’m sorry I didn’t catch the 2 gentlemen’s names. Thank you to John & everyone else. Also, I’m extremely happy with the premium car wash. Sorry my car was filthy. Much needed!!
