Direct and to the point. They were understanding with my situation and didn’t try to upsell which I appreciated.
John was great. Very helpful with helping me understand the work that needed to get done. Unrelated to his support I was disappointed to learn that the multipoint inspections that I get like clockwork every time I get work done on my car never indicated the need for replacing brake pads. As a result I needed to also have my rotors replaced. This feels like a really easy fix on Honda service center responsibility to be more transparent with customers.
John Jeffries is always a delight. He’s a very polite and respectful young man. He is very helpful and patient with me whenever I come in. He has wonderful customer service which is unfortunately not very common nowadays. So he is much appreciated and Honda is very lucky to have him.
