I had a great experience. John was very helpful and made the whole process very easy.
Well, it’s been a couple years since I’ve had service and was very disappointed to find out that a %3 charge is now included with CC payment. That is usually included with the mom and pops stand alone stores. How can such a big Co. justify that payment? It’s not the extra dollar amount but the principle. I will never come back for service and I will share my experience with all my friends. Poor business decision.

John Jeffries is always so pleasant I am very fortunate to have John be there the last couple of times I have come in to have my car serviced. He is a kind and ver considerate young man and always very professional that makes it easy for me to continue to do business with Oakland Honda.
