Hong was terrific. I give him 5 stars. Honda Corporate let me down by charging me $1750 to repair a5 year-old defective AC system. Honda would have maintained my confidence in the reliability of their product had it covered the repair 100% as a goodwill repair.
Tax was amazing. I enjoyed how she was easy to speak with and provided consulting in person and virtual. I enjoyed her customer service.

Victor was on point from the moment he walked up. Big smile and a warm greeting. While my issue was relatively simple, he was clear and detailed in his explanation of the issue that brought me and and made it a point to share that the shop would do their best to address the matter as efficiently and quickly. He did a great job relating to this customer whole sharing his professional insights and gained my trust of him and your company as a result.
