I had a very positive experience taking my vehicle for service here. Victor was great & explained everything clearly & in simple terms so I knew exactly what work was being performed. They fixed the oil leak on the side of the engine, replaced all four tires, changed the filters, cleaned the engine, and did the 75,000 mile maintenance service. My car drives so smooth now, almost like new again. Thanks to the great team at Honda, Oakland!

Tommy was great. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable and very nice and inspired my confidence in him.
I went in to get a recall fixed, and my service advisor told me that I could take the proof of service paperwork to DMV when in reality he was supposed to give me the certificate and I found all this information out after waiting an hour at DMV. So it’s very frustrating because that situation was avoidable if my service advisor gave me the certificate like he was supposed to.
