Both Victor and the woman who scheduled me to come in for same day service were exceptional. Both helped me get the repair I needed so I could get out of town the next day on a holiday weekend.
I usually receive a copy of the multipoint inspection results, but I didn't receive one this time. The paper has a red, yellow, and green bar on it.
The form tells you how much tread you have on your tires and how much life is left your brakes as well has how much of each fluid was filled and where

No one answers any phone in the service center. The system goes to full mailboxes and lines that don’t exist there is no excuse for this
It took 7hr long and they want to give my car gas empty when it was 100% full. Plus they even took more time for it. Staff was kind but not organized.
Victor did an incredible job--I'd mis-desceibed my issue over the phone, but he made some calls and found the part I needed. The car.was done ahead of schedule but I couldn't make it back to the shop until a few minutes before closing, he was still working up to the last minute & had everything ready for me. Incredibly thoughtful & professional. Give this man a promotion!
