The wait lto checked in was horrible—40 minutes. The service itself was great.
Victor was the most helpful service person we have ever gotten at Honda. And that's saying something because we aways get amazing people helping us. He was on top of everything, worked quickly, answered all of our questions, and was very respectful across the board.
Just giving him 5 stars isn't enough, he went above and beyond what we expected. If it were up to us, we'd give him a raise!

John was straight to the point. He knew I was going to spend a lot of money and offered a discount and car wash. I wish the cost was cheaper but I got my old car fixed outside the dealership and had a bad experience.

Can someone edit the entry into the mygarage.Honda.com. Mileage was entered incorrectly for 7/7/2025 visit. Should be 77,548. Also should state tire rotation.
