I made an appt for a 3 hr warranty service at 930 am but when I arrived it changed to 5 or 6 hr service. Calls to the service mgr and advisor after a few hours met with being ignored. I was ready to remove my car after 5 hrs and they told me “ oh it looks like it will be done in 20 minutes” it’s obvious that recall work takes a low priority or Oak Honda does not have sufficient mechanics to do the work. If you can’t do the work in a reasonable time, DONT take in the work!! I won’t be back! I didn’t buy my car there because of my bad experience with a new car manager who was rude and trying to get me to pay for dealer installed add ons I didn’t want . I bought the car in Serramonte and got what I wanted and treated right. frankly he was a prick.

He explained the service work to be done and insured I was taken care of for shuttle service to my home as well as a pick-up once the work was completed.
