John was great. I would trust him with my life. Ok, a bit of exaggeration but he was excellent! Kept me updated on my car’s maintenance progress. Also he ensured that Honda provided the necessary shuttle service too! My HRV’s electrical issues were satisfactorily resolved too. I drove off as a happy customer!
