Your policy to not accept credit cards is very annoying. Reason enough to take future service elsewhere. Do a better job of negotiating with your payment processor. Don’t hurt your customers.

I brought my car here in April for a standard service. You did a cursory inspection at best at that time because items hou should have picked up then only revealed themselves when i came back todayn
when the car malfunctioned. The diagnostics were outrageously expensive as were the quoted fixes; thing is, the car needs them so I’ll
do them, but not with you. The tests should have been comped
given the sloppy work the first time, but you made $400 off me. You could have made $4,000.
I just lost my job 2 weeks ago--budget cuts in higher ed. So Tommy was very empathetic in helping me ascertain what was important to take care of immediately, and what can wait til I get a job. This builds customer trust and loyalty. Go Oakland community ethos!
I came in for the fender. I would have liked that it had been made clear that it wouldn’t be able to be fixed at Oakland Honda. They made it seem like they could have fixed it but they didn’t. The dude who brought my car (with the nose ring and dyed hair) was also a little rude when I asked about him about it.

Just wish that they had time to shampoo the front seats and perhaps that could be done along with a light bronze tint if it is reasonably priced
