Hong jumped right on it when I called yesterday to say someone driving too fast and too close past my parked car took off my driver's side mirror. The part assembly came in early this morning. I dropped off the car and got a ride home on the shuttle so I could use my time productively while waiting. I got a call & shuttle pickup when it was ready - sooner than expected! - perfect:) THANK YOU!

Taz was great! I appreciated how friendly she was. She kept me posted on my car’s progress, and made me feel confident that you all would do a great job!
The service was good but they didn’t provide or tell me when is the next service due date or how much mile should I change new engine oil like after 3k or 5k or 10k. I don’t much know about the car and that’s why I forgot to ask. They also didn’t give the service sticker on the windshield. When I texted this afternoon, they haven’t replied me yet but they replied me before I picked up the car. Now, I concern that they charged me engine oil change feee but they didn’t actually change.
John was very helpful, efficient, and a pleasure to interact with. Will ask for him in the future!
Overall John was great. The only issue is I had to wait 2+ hours for the shuttle to pick me up and John told me only one shuttle driver was working which wasn’t the case as there were two shuttle drivers.
