Victor Martinez went above and beyond customer service and satisfaction. This is literally the absolute best customer experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, Victor greeted me with a warm, professional demeanor that immediately made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. He took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and explain the service process in a way that was both clear and reassuring. What stood out most was his depth of knowledge and his ability to communicate complex service details in a way that was easy to understand. Throughout the process, Victor provided timely updates, checked in regularly, and made sure I was always informed about what was happening with my vehicle. Victor was great!! He was so helpful and informative! broke down everything that I needed to know and understand about the maintenance my car was undergoing today. He was very prompt about giving me an estimated time my car would be ready and he was correct on the DOT! I received excellent service from Victor and hope to have him help me with future appointments!

My car had an outstanding repair issue from the previous repair, and was not thoroughly tested .The newly issued key fobs were not working consistently, and did not facilitate door handle entry/unlocking. Hong facilitated the repair, and I am happy I was able to drive home my vehicle the same day. Hong communicated clearly what to expect.

Service representative Tommy was not good at communicating updates on the repair of my vehicle. I had to call multiple times for updates that Tommy should have provided if he stayed on top of the repair.
