My car had an outstanding repair issue from the previous repair, and was not thoroughly tested .The newly issued key fobs were not working consistently, and did not facilitate door handle entry/unlocking. Hong facilitated the repair, and I am happy I was able to drive home my vehicle the same day. Hong communicated clearly what to expect.
Service representative Tommy was not good at communicating updates on the repair of my vehicle. I had to call multiple times for updates that Tommy should have provided if he stayed on top of the repair.
All 5’s for my service.. just 1 problem my tire pressure light came on soon as I pulled away from service was in a rush to get my kid so couldn’t go back but will be contacting in the am.
