Thought John Jeffries was quite excellent—particularly since he had some unpleasant news to give me about my dear old car. He explained what needed to be done, didn’t push me to do it and really understood my decision to first go home and think about whether to do the work or not. I just liked him, thought he was honest and very pleasant, smart, and easy to communicate with. It was these qualities that helped me to decide that I really wanted to go ahead with all the work even though my car was old (but with less than 40k miles on it).
I was very happy with the advisor's knowledge information, and help. The service took a little longer than I thought it would, but that's not his fault.

Great service but long wait for oak change but staff was courteous and waiting room nice
John was great. Explained everything really well. Your service line was slammed and he still took the time to speak to as if I was the only one there.
John made me feel welcome as soon as he came to the car and focused on me when I was in front of him. In addition to the automatic system messages he came to make sure I saw the message and ask if I had any questions about the maintenance.

John was great. I just don’t understand how your dept can still take cars to be serviced after 1pm and close by 5pm . Just an observation.
