Upon arrival Victor was immediately hospitable and attentive. He listened as I caught him up on my most recent concerns about my car and he let me know what would happen each step of the way once my car was looked at. Victor also made sure to apply my warranty and I really appreciated that because even though I should remember I have it and know what it applies to, this was my first time having my car serviced for maintenance since having it for 13 months. Overall, I felt like myself and my car were taken care of and I really appreciated Victor’s assistance! Next time I need maintenance I’ll be coming back.
No I was not satisfied. This was my first time getting my newly owned Honda CRV serviced for the first time. As a new customer/client, Honda of Oakland did not give me the courtesy car wash treatment. Honda of Oakland owes me a courtesy car wash because they did not do it with the oil change service that I had today. (11-14-25) this is not the way to impress and give your best first impression of customer service to a new customer for the very first time. I am totally disappointed and upset at the fact that I didn’t get the courtesy car wash along with my service as other customers did. I am totally disappointed..
