Time it took for regular service was a lot longer than first indicated by Omar. Issue involving a gasket was noted by a technician but not related to me when Omar called me. I discovered the issue only when checking out and required me to wait onsite for additional work to be done. Omar quoted and charged me for two hours of work but the actual work was done in about one hour. Omar did give me a $100 discount and claimed he had to use two technicians. I find it hard to believe that two techs can cut the time by half as most of the work has to follow a sequence

They take my car for long and the gay before its too cane .but this time I am field likes no, I am lost money because I drive por lift so this time only I give to you 2 stars I don like your service thank you

Victor went above and beyond anything I could've reasonably expected, rendering my car in pristine original condition, with amendments in place to deter theft. Tommy was great, though it was hard to return his call and unclear when my car was ready or not. A little frustrated it took so long to get a non-answer, but I guess that's the way the cookie crumbles
Victor’s customer service was superb. I understand that sometimes it take a few minutes to get to us but Victor made sure to acknowledge me. I appreciated his genuine kindness. Additionally he kept me informed and up to date with everything. I’m sure you know that, but I hope he gets recognized for it.
