I inquired about the door covering on the drivers side of my vehicle. Someone tried to break into my car unsuccessfully and in doing so the Covering was broken. I asked if this is something Honda could do and if so I’ll need a price quote. I ‘m sure Ms. Taz must’ve forgotten because she never gave me one. I’d still like to know if this is fixable and if so can Honda do it and what’s the cost. My service was EXCELLENT AS ALWAYS. Thank you for your interest in me as a customer. Ms. Jo-Ann Lee ????

Just like John, 2 weeks ago, Taz listened carefully, responded professionally and worked with the technician(s) to get the problem fixed. Both of them, and Victor, and the rest of the service writers and payment team, did excellent work. With the exception of the white paint peeling off the roof and around the back windo bonly to our Toyotas. And for me, more fun to drive.

I came back because it’s easy and because I received advertising talking about how committed you are to fair pricing. I requested a package with a discount on the internet. Whether I got it or not is kind of unclear. Mostly, I feel like every time I’ve gone to Oakland Honda, it has cost me what I paid the last time plus another hundred or two. And I’m always told our car is in really good shape, so these are routine maintenance events. I bought a maintenance package with the car, but am still paying as much as I did with it having now expired, so that wasn’t a help. It is difficult for me to understand what exactly I’m being charged so much for. I could be completely wrong about all of this. I’ve said from the start that this is the first time I’ve bought and maintained a car on my own since my husband passed and I moved out of state. It would be nice to just feel like HoO had my best interests at heart. You guys are huge and busy. I feel like just another person who gets processed through every year. For me, what I’m spending is a lot of money. You’ve kept my car running just fine. But would it have been just fine going to Grease Monkey, instead?
