Tommy was great. He explained what service was done and gave me options which I very much appreciated. I have been a customer at Honda Oakland through many ownership changes but had great service today and Tommy was a big part of that.

Service is so expensive. Adding 3% credit card fee on top is obnoxious. System dropped all of my service records prior to 2018. I no longer have confidence in the value I get from your service. Tom was fine except for a another service rep called back to discuss need for new brakes and potential clutch replacement. Felt like a bait and switch.
I've already left detailed comments on yelp, with American honda, with Tommy, one of the service reps at Oakland honda, and with Barbara of Oakland honda. I've also filed a complaint with the bureau of automotive repair.
