Victor went above and beyond anything I could've reasonably expected, rendering my car in pristine original condition, with amendments in place to deter theft. He answered all my questions with patience and consideration even though I know he was mindful of how much service still needed to be completed at the shop. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!

Tommy was great, though it was hard to return his call and unclear when my car was ready or not. A little frustrated it took so long to get a non-answer, but I guess that's the way the cookie crumbles
Victor’s customer service was superb. I understand that sometimes it take a few minutes to get to us but Victor made sure to acknowledge me. I appreciated his genuine kindness. Additionally he kept me informed and up to date with everything. I’m sure you know that, but I hope he gets recognized for it.
