Following the completion of my oil change + car wash service, I had noticed that my car had not actually been cleaned. I understand mistakes happen, however it was not explained to me that getting this done would take an additional 1.5 hours when I had already expected this to be completed before. It was very frustrating having to wait this long and though apologetic, did not leave me satisfied with the experience.

I finally found someone I can trust! John explained everything to me: the history of my previous repairs, etc. and explained the current symptoms I was experiencing with my Odyssey.

When I bought my new car in for an initial service there was nothing wrong with it, when I left Honda it was starting to get dark, after I drove for a while, I noticed every car’s headlights were on but mine even though my headlights were on automatic, but I was able to turn on manually, I then drove back to Honda and they supposedly fixed it, the lights went on automatically as it was dark, but then then the next time I drove in day light and the lights stayed on! I had to bring it back in to finally get it fixed right,
As a first time customer, I appreciated Taz for her friendly and welcoming manner. She explained what was involved in the first service clearly and was helpful answering my questions. She is certainly responsible for making my first service experience a pleasant one.
Tommy was very understanding and I appreciated his professionalism.
I brought my car in for possibly bad battery. I was told that my battery was in fact bad and was replaced under warranty. As I was driving away, all my safety feature light lit up again on my dash, which tells me, that after replacing the battery it was not tested to see if things were in working order, nor recalibrated before they gave me Back my car. I drove back to the service dept to show them the lights on. I’m bringing my car back tomorrow morning to hopefully get this sorted.
