Price I was charged for an oil change was higher
then I was quoted over the phone.
We had a 7:30 am appointment for an oil change and added new tires. The car was not ready until 6pm. The added 2.5% charge for using a credit card made the service more expensive. We are planning to find another place for our car service.
Contact your corporate office. I'm not repeating myself. I already spoke with the manager there. There is no need for honda of Oakland doing anything for me. I have to take my car somewhere because my sensors are not working. I've checked the settings and everything is on but the sensors are not working for example back up sensor. Who knows what else isn't working.
When we were called for service, we were informed that we only needed an oil change (free under service agreement) and a tire rotation for a total of about $93. When my wife dropped off the car she was told we needed a front end alignment, brake fluid flush, and filter change which ended up being over $500.
The service also was scheduled to be complete by 2pm and my wife had to wait until 5:45 to pick up the car.
Be honest and you will have better customer loyalty. I am very unhappy about the bait and switch and wasting hours of my wife's time
