Erin was terrific. Service diagnostic and repair process was difficult and frustrating. Erin was very helpful and made the situation much easier to deal with.

Been to Honda of Oakland MANY times… usually great. A smile and some compassion from Erin would have been great as I was clearly there with a situation I did not anticipate and was stressed out about. A call back without me having to call about the status of my car would have been good too…
Don’t promise a time you can’t keep, and if a time can’t be kept, just call the customer and let them know- that’s all…

My critique is more for my experience with the Honda automobile itself. This year alone, cost to service is more than $5000! And I have low mileage on my car. I owned an Acura for 20 years and don’t recall ever having to spend so much on maintenance.

I received excellent service from the Service Advisor Tommy. Very knowledgeable about maintenance. I came to just change the transmission fluid but after Tommy review my maintenance history discovered the transfer case and rear differential wasn’t change since 2018. He explain the important and the service was completed that day. I’m a satisfied customer and will be returning for some of the recommended services. Thanks for a great experience.
