Vincent was extremely polite and welcoming. He explained everything that they were going to do to my care, since this was the first time I have ever brought a car in to be serviced by myself. He answered all of my questions with great detail so I completely understood what They we’re doing (which was absolutely amazing) He was just just absolutely amazing the only problem that I had was that I had made my appointment for 10:30am. When I bought my car I paid for the Honda Care Service, so I brought my car in for its first service at 7,478 miles, and under my Warranty my vehicle needed a oil change and my tires rotated that’s it. When I asked about how long it was going to take I was told “Approximately 2 hours, 2 and a half hours at the most.” The only reason I ask how long it was going to take was because I had my 3 year old daughter with me. So my daughter and I went in the customer waiting area and we went in the little room with the Arcade games (that weren’t working) and a little tv (that also didn’t work). After about a hour my daughter started to get very bored and in efforts to not disturb any of the other customers we went for a walk to the park, at about 12:30pm we walked back and my vehicle still wasn’t ready so we went back in the waiting room, and sat my daughter back in the waiting area my daughter fell asleep on my lap, when she woke up it was almost 3 in the afternoon she was very hungry and wanted to go home. I went to ask about how much long my car was going to take and come to find out that it had been sitting across the street in a parking long! My daughter and I waited a total of 5 hours and 18 minutes, when I was originally told it was only going to take 2 hours maybe 2 and a half for a simple oil change and a tire rotation!
Hong, was very helpful and helped me to know what services were most important as I could not complete them all on that day.

When the LoJack wasn’t working properly, he helped resolve the issue and we found it was defective.

Service took longer than I assumed it would and I had to call a couple of times to get any information about the status of my car. The online link about the status of my car did nothing

Turned out to be way more expensive than initially anticipated, but Carlos let me know and got me discounts.
The issue was ride drop off and pick up. I waited almost an hour for a ride home, and over an hour and a half back to Honda. When I tried to call and find out why the delay, I was transferred to mailboxes that weren't in service. I called 8 times until I got someone who told me it would be at least another 30 minutes due to being busy for a pick up.
I said "Screw it, I'm walking." And hung up.
Carlos called within 2 minutes and sent someone to get me within 10 minutes. IN HIS OWN VEHICLE.
So kudos to Carlos but the experience of delayed wait times and the inability to get a person on the line pissed me off, and hearing the phone message that my patronage is valuable added insult to injury, considering I was spending $4400.00 on the repairs.
