Very unsatisfied, this is a brand new car &they couldn't determine the cause of what was wrong. They were trying to blame me when it's the car.

I was mislead into thinking the car was missing a 30k service, it wasn't. It was only when I checked the paperwork later in the day that I saw that I had done the 30k service already. I ended up paying for an expensive service that I would not have done if it had been presented as what it was: an add-on to the 30k service.
Well, I brought my car in April and had a multipoint check, which said that the belts were fine. But then it started driving oddly in June, and I was told that the belts need to be replaced. I don't quite understand
I can go to other places and would be charged much less but I spend a lot of money here bc of extra perks. My car for the first time was returned dirty and told cars aren’t cleaned anymore. No one knew how to link my cellphone to my car. I wasn’t able to get picked up bc rides seem to have stopped early. I did get a discount on paying out of pocket for transport. Grateful for that. The gentleman that helped me was very polite and this is not a reflection on him but about the changes of the company’s services. I absolutely will be looking for another place in the future.
TOMMY JUNG IS a 1st class professiinal. I stpped in on Fri 2 make an apptmbt for simple service. He made 7am spptmnt 4 me;he stood by his apptmnt and I was in/our in no yimw. No beed for transporr; i sat in wait room. TOMMY answrd my questions and i felt 'taken care of'. I trust him.

I’ve called to ask question’s Saturday and again on Monday with no one returning my call. My car had 6 different items marked red and needing attention and wasn’t not told that as I was checked out on Friday night. My husband noticed Saturday as he was reviewing what was done.
Diem was great! He is a very personable guy and I enjoyed working with him.

The service part was great. What was awful was that I had to wait 25-30 min to get my car after I paid. This is ridiculous! There was literally one person getting the cars and it took a long time. Then he disappeared and no one got their cars for awhile. Then another guy came out all flustered and asked our car numbers. So unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. It’s not worth it to me to get my car serviced somewhere that doesn’t respect my time. Same problem with your drop off procedure in the mornjng . It takes forever. I work full time and have kids and can’t spend 30-40
Min dropping off or retrieving my car at the beginning and end of day.
Did a great job. Aligned my car. Had prompt service.

I went to the service department only for express service for oil and filter change and I had to wait 4 1/2 hours only for this, so why they don’t said me the real waiting time, I wasted a lot of time in which I could have done many other things while they were doing the service, not that I only lost most of the day there.
