Victor is an excellent communicator and took care of all of my needs properly and efficiently.
Compared to some other folks I’ve dealt with before at Honda. He was top notch.

I brought my car in because it had a reading about “emissions issue”. That has been preceded by a message about fuel tank cap needing to be tightened. I related that that message comes on and then goes off from time to time and suggested that the problem might be the cap gasket.
A full “assessment” was done and the message was gone. Within two weeks I had the exact same issue. This time the gas cap was replaced, yet I was charged for an assessment and replacement of the cap. Lots of money and lots of time spent on this.
Will be looking for another service provider.

I brought my Honda in for a service before a road trip. I’m currently on the road trip, and I’ve noticed that the oil pan/cover/engine cover was not properly placed back on my vehicle. I will be bringing the car back to Honda when I get home and expect the oil pan to be properly attached to my car/ and or replaced if necessary. This is the second time I’ve experienced this and am not planning to continue brining my vehicle here.

My one criticism was the car came back dirty. After a full week of being in the shop, the dealership should have washed the car. Came back with birdsh-t on it - and dirty overall. This is a brand new car.
Thank you for the quick turn around. I would recommend leaving a summary of any findings while servicing the car that might have been seen while in service. I feel the multi point check was all checked by default and not really looked at. I have yet to find a dealership for Honda that has actually truly checked everything. Overall everything else was good

I was told the recall wouldn’t be performed because they were afraid of damaging the mirror that was apparently repaired at my time of purchase 10 months ago. However, the car was returned to me with the mirror flopping around as I drove it and the prior repair clearly pulled apart. We are extremely disappointed!
