I very rarely write a review/comment. Even thought there was a backup in the line to service my car and it took longer than expected, I had such a positive experience with Victor. I really appreciated how clear Victor was in his communication throughout the process. I understood what my car needed and the prices and priority of each service. Sometimes I can be skeptical when I get my car serviced but I felt instantly comfortable and secure in what Victor was saying. He was also a genuinely friendly guy, not that fake friendly stuff. Tremendous customer service. Thanks a lot Victor!
Honda service representative explained to me that I needed a wheel alignment after my multi point inspection was done. I took it to another shop to get the wheel alignment done, they called me in my car was on the lift, they showed me that my tie-rods needed to be replaced because they were bent. I am so upset because Honda did my inspection and they should have told me that I needed new tie-rods just two days before.
Victor Martinez was awesome! I had the best experience because of him and I’ve been coming to this location for years.

Tommy was great; however, I don’t agree with all of the charges and work that needed to be done. I brought my Honda is for an oil change and ended up with a bill for $1,200. I don’t think most of the things were necessary. The car only has 33k miles on it and I drive it 5-6k miles a year. I bought a Honda because the maintanence is minimal and they last a long time. I don’t like it when every time I bring the car in for an oil change or basic check I come out with $500+ bill and in this last case almost a $1,300 bill! That is crazy. That is precisely why people don’t take their cars to dealers for service.
The cost of the service was extremely expensive. I checked with other dealers/services and found out for same service a significant difference in cost.
Hong Nong is the best left-handed service I’ve ever worked with.
